Sensational coaches with an infectious energy! Scaling for anyone of any fitness level and for those with any kind of setback or injury.. on the social side they also have early morning batch brews, 530am barbecues and afternoon beers. Only down side is there’s a few too many burpee penalties getting thrown my way lately however they still get a 11.25/10 from me 👌 Do yourself a favour and give it a nudge!read more

I attended FU to feel a bit stronger and I've ended up much stronger and the fittest I'ver ever been. Scaling options make fitness growth achievable as do the super coaches who support you all the way. Great atmosphere and coaches. The box has that cool rustic feel of an old school "garage gym" style box. Pretty sweet loft area for athletes to hang out and and relax while waiting for class to begin. Programming was perfect when I dropped in. Incorporated Olympic lifting, lung burning Metcon, and after burner lift if you were up for it. Conveniently located in downtown Melbourne within walking distance of the major hotels. Definitely recommend it if your in the west Melbourne area.read more

Before CrossFit U, I was CrossFit NOT! Now look at me. LOOK! Both gyms are very well set out with tonnes of gear. The coaches are highly trained and the programming is as challenging as you make it! There is a great vibe at both gyms and I've made a tonne of sweet sweet friends. Crossfit is a fun way to train while getting seriously strong and developing a smokin' bod no matter where you start! 11/10!read more

Walk into that box a stranger, walk out a friend. The supportive, friendly and large community speaks for itself and the coaches are meticulous when it comes to form and technique.
