THE RULES ARE PRETTY SIMPLE:

1. Get your photo (Side / Front / Back), Measurements (chest, waist, hips, thigh ,upper arm), and weight taken at the Gym next week! Don’t worry, we wont share these photos without your permission!

2. Eat and Train like a Cavemen:

  • Eat
    This challenge is about healthy food choices as opposed to a total overhaul of your current diet. So try not to change too much about your schedule of eating – instead opt to find Paleo alternatives to what you’re currently eating. Here’s a Nutrition Cheat Sheet to get you started.
  • Train like a Caveman!
    On Wednesday 1st May – everyone will complete the CFU Benchmark challenge (400m Run, 40 Squats, 30 Push Ups, 20 Pull Ups, 10 Sit Ups)
    There will then be a retest at the end of the WOD

THE PRIZES

Paleo Champion
As voted by the CFU community, the Paleo Champion will receive one months free membership at CFU

Paleo Ninja Award
The person who shows the greatest improvement in the CFU benchmark WOD will receive a slow cooker filled with an assortment of meats

Friendly Caveman
For the challenger who shows the greatest amount of community spirit (ie sharing recipes, liking Alex and Ben’s blog post on paleo, etc…)
