Today we’re getting STRONGER LEGS and STRONGERS ARMS!!!
& then we’re going to finish the session with some Death By Burpees!!!

An object that is heavy…ish….

STRENGTH:
Every 90 seconds for 8 Rounds
8 Bulgarian Split Squats (Left & Right) + 5 Upper Body Pulling Exercises

CONDITIONING/BASELINE TESTING:
Death by Burpees!

We’re also going to be running a SPECIAL LIVE workout on Monday @ 7:30am! The LIVE workout, will be to complete the DEATH BY BURPEES as a community.
