Happy Mothers Day to all the Super Mothers out there!

Special mention to my very own mother who recently walk / ran her first 10km.

Mum started her fitness journey 12 months ago when she started her low carb high fat diet.

Her next step was to stalk walk – this gradually built from 3kms every 2 days to a 10km race – 12 months later, and 10kg downs.

The secret is to start, and stay consistent with your change.
