15.5 – Did you hold on to the bar?

15.5 was an uncapped couplet of rowing and thrusters, which for most ended with a painful set of 9 unbroken thrusters. Did you embrace the grind? Did you hold on to the bar? Did you enjoy the feeling of your lungs as they set themselves on fire?

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Open! It has been a tough 5 weeks but we’ve all pushed through, and we’re all stronger for it! For many I hope the Open showed you that you were stronger/fitter than you thought. I also hope that it has given you some goals and targets for the next 47 weeks of training – amazing things can happen in that time!

  • WOD Killa have been dominant throughout the Clash of the Clans and have managed to hold on to their First Place due to an outstanding performance at the start of the Challenge.
  • Ring Ninjas Unleash a solid 1st place finish in 15.5,  unfortunately it wasn’t enough to get them podium finish (it was close though!)
  • Followers of Bro’Din Row/Thruster their way into 3rd Place
