With only one more week of the CrossFit Open left – we thought it would be a good time to share with you our plan for 2017, and how we’re going to get you ALL ready for the 2018 Open!
There will be 3 phases throughout this year:
- Phase One (April – October)
It’s time to get STRONG – we’re going to be focusing on the tried and true methods of building strength – The Deadlift, The Squat, Pressing, and Olympic Lifting!
- Phase Two (November – December)
It’s time to get ready for Summer, and also the Open! We’ll be starting to work on our strength endurance and barbell cycling.
- Phase Three (January – March)
We will look to maintain the skills/strengths we’ve build throughout the year, and start focusing on building our engine for the Open!
